All Details Considered:
Initial consultation to discuss your vision and expectations for your event.
Development of timeline and budget based on consultation discussion.
Venue Selection - will offer suggestions according to your needs as well as check locations for availability. Handle contracting with venue and working with them throughout the planning.
Theme Development & Implementation - will provide ideas on themes to incorporate into decor, invites, and favors.
Vendor Referrals - will provide contact information if you are in need of a photographer, florist, baker or other vendors. Will also check availability and get pricing packages for your review.
Menu Coordination - assist with suggestions of menu options and will work with venue to communicate requirements.
Approximately 1 month to 2 weeks prior, will meet with you to go over all details and remaining to-do items. Will also work with the vendors on last minute details and confirm all arrangements.
Day-of-Assistance - set up decor depending on how extensive needs are, manage vendors, and work with venue to ensure all is set and ready to go.

Day of Coordination
At least one month prior to event I will arrange an in person meeting to discuss all details that have been arranged and what is left to be done for the day of your event.
At least two weeks prior to your event, I will work with contracted vendors and venue to ensure that all details are set and will tie up any loose ends.
Logistics Coordination - will assist with picking up items that need to be brought to the venue for set up. Distance and size restrictions may apply.
Vendor and Venue Management - I will be the point person for all vendors as well as the venue. Will ensure that all is being set up in a timely manner. Will stay onsite until the event kicks off.
